This policy explains how Quantum3 Studios Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website or get in touch with us, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
Who we are
Quantum3 Studios Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We are a company registered in England & Wales, company number 16199926.

Our registration with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is currently being processed, and our registration reference will be published here once issued.
What data we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and run the site:
- Enquiry details you provide through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company name, budget range and the message you send us.
- Booking and payment details if you book a call or pay for a service. Scheduling is handled by Calendly and payments by Revolut; we do not see or store your full card details.
- Usage data collected by analytics cookies, such as pages visited, approximate location (country/region) and device type. This is used in aggregate and is not used to build a personal profile.
How we use your data and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or service. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to potential clients.
- To deliver services you have engaged us for and manage our relationship with you. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To understand and improve the site through analytics. Lawful basis: your consent, given through our cookie banner.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and, with your consent, to measure how it is used. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time through the cookie banner. For the full detail, see our Cookie Policy.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers (processors) that help us run our business, each bound to protect it:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Resend — delivering contact-form enquiries to our inbox.
- Google Analytics — anonymised website usage analytics.
- Calendly — call scheduling.
- Revolut — payment processing.
We may also disclose data where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK (for example in the United States). Where your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, typically up to 24 months. Where you become a client, we keep records for as long as required by our contract and by law (for example, tax records for six years). Analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with our analytics settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to how we process your data;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

Complaints
We would always prefer to resolve any concern directly, so please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
